Thermamax, Inc. has successfully passed the audit for the international standard, IATF 16949:2016. The certification opens up new sales markets for the North American company.
Intensive preparations for quality management had been underway for about a year, with the involvement of all departments and the support of an external consultant. This week, the auditing by DNV-GL took place. Through IATF certification, Thermamax, Inc. now opens the door to an entirely new market segment for them, for example the area of commercial vehicles and buses (on-highway). In the long term, we are also pursuing the goal of becoming a partner for the automotive industry with this certification.
