Human Resources becomes People & Culture

The world of human resources is changing.

Due to digitalization and AI (artificial intelligence), our world is undergoing a rapid process of change. Tmax wants to actively shape change and let our employees and customers benefit from the added value.

This development does not stop at Human Resources either. Among other things, the shortage of skilled workers has led to the HR department taking on greater importance for companies.

In our view, the term “Human Resources” (HR) is no longer appropriate because it does not focus on people. We believe in the power of human interaction, in the fact that people make up the organization and are not just a resource to be used.

For the future, we would like to focus on self-direction and personal responsibility on the part of our employees.

That’s why we asked ourselves what drives us:

It is the people who work with us every day to make tmax even more successful. It’s about people and culture. Hence the new name:  People & Culture.

The term “People & Culture”  describes our attitude of cohesion and that all employees contribute an important part to the organization at tmax.

People & Culture as a central point of contact

We are meeting the challenges in an even more targeted manner by making People & Culture the central point of contact for all employee concerns. Every life, but also every interpersonal relationship, knows different phases. This is also the case with the relationship between employees and employers. Whether training, further education or parental leave – we see ourselves as companions in all phases of their lives and want to align ourselves as best as possible with them.
