With the Parents’ Day in 2019, we gave all the parents of our trainees an insight into everyday training at Thermamax. The idea was so well received that we would like to establish it permanently.
In July 2019, the relatives of our trainees were able to get a closer look at everyday working life at Thermamax. This year we are training two industrial clerks and two technical product designers. Our trainees implemented this idea together with their instructors. During a presentation and a production tour, the parents gained insight into the creation of our products and the skills of their talented daughters and sons. “We were particularly pleased with the enthusiasm and great interest shown by the parents,” said Elisabeth Stern, HR Manager at Thermamax and initiator of this event.
