CNC Programmer (Milling)

- Develop and optimize CN programs for CNC milling machines using CAD/CAM software such as Cimatron E or similar systems.
- Generate ISO / G-code adapted to machine configuration (tools, post-processors, offsets).
- Import and process 3D files (STEP, IGES) to create accurate machining toolpaths.
- Prepare technical documentation (tool lists, cycle times, machining steps) and ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Test and validate programs, correcting collision, positioning, or tolerance issues.
- Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time and tool wear.
- Provide support to CNC operators and collaborate with Design, Quality, Prototyping, and Maintenance teams.
- Contribute to tooling, fixtures, and maintenance-related technical solutions.
Competențe și expertiză necesare
- Knowledge of milling and laser cutting technologies.
- Strong NC programming and CAM skills.
- Experience in CNC machining is an advantage.
- Advanced PC skills.
- Good English and/or German language skills.
- University degree in Engineering, preferably Manufacturing Engineering (TCM) or related field.
