Despre rol

  • Develop and optimize 3D laser cutting programs using CAD/CAM and offline programming software.
  • Generate and adapt NC code according to machine configuration (laser source, cutting head, axes, fixtures, parameters).
  • Import and process 3D files to create accurate cutting paths for complex geometries ( profiles, formed parts).
  • Define cutting technologies (parameters, gas type, focus position, speed) based on material type and thickness.
  • Prepare technical documentation (tooling/fixtures, cycle times, processing steps) and ensure projects meet deadlines.
  • Test and validate programs, eliminating potential collisions, positioning errors, or dimensional deviations.
  • Continuously optimize cutting processes to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and ensure consistent quality.
  • Provide technical support to operators and collaborate closely with Design, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams.
  • Contribute to the development of fixtures and technical solutions for new or modified products.

Competențe și expertiză necesare

  • Solid knowledge of 3D laser cutting technologies and processes.
  • Experience in NC programming and CAM/offline programming software for laser machines.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
  • Experience with CNC or laser processing equipment is an advantage.
  • Advanced PC skills.
  • Good English and/or German language skills.
  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field.
