- Company-wide development of a comprehensive target vision for IAM and PAM to unify, consolidate, and define access management processes.
- Conceptual development, optimization, and automation of access management as well as the development of standards in the IAM and PAM environment.
- Working closely in the SAP Identity and Access Management space.
- Supporting the ongoing improvement of SAP’s corporate Identity and Access Management landscapes.
- Support in integrating IAM and PAM systems into existing IT landscapes (e.g., Active Directory, cloud platforms like Azure AD)
- Advising users, role owners, and managers on technical and procedural issues, as well as coordinating and further developing relevant processes in the IAM/PAM context.
- Security Policies & Compliance: Support in the development and creation of concepts as well as documentation based on regulatory requirements and the definition of critical permissions
- Developing and maintaining the SAP`s Corporate Identity and Access Management Strategy.
- Helping to ensure the business is well-prepared to embrace modern working methods such as modern authentication, Zero Trust, and cloud computing.
- Supporting internal and external regulatory audits, including ensuring the completion of measures.

Competențe și expertiză necesare
- At least 3 years of professional experience in SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Basic understanding of standards and best practices such as ISO 270xx
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical IT staff.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to analyze challenges and formulate solution proposals.
- Ability to challenge complexity and facilitate teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, in English is required
- Certifications like CISSP, CCSP or relevant SANS certifications is a plus
