Job description

  • Plan, organize and ensure smooth running of meetings, workshops and other events;
  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and obtaining and furnishing information to save supervisor’s time;
  • Organizes and maintains manager’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction;
  • Prepare special reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data;
  • Ensures synchronization alignment of the other department leaders for all common administrative activities;
  • Performs a variety of administrative functions
  • Coordinates executive management level meetings regarding content preparation of the presentations for the manager, takes meeting minutes and ensures the application of agreements and topics of the meetings;
  • Prepares presentations for the management in a convincing, clearly structured, sound and well founded manner;
  • Is involved in the organization of location events;
  • Is involved in the internal communication of updates to the employees through various internal channels.

Requirements

  • University Degree (e.g. Foreign Languages, Law, social science) or relevant professional experience;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Very good knowledge of the Office 365 Suite;
  • Good German / Advanced English skills;
  • Good project management skills;
  • Good knowledge in internal/external customer management.
