Job description

  • Planning and Organizing production orders and resources
  • Managing employees in the press and laser cutting department.
  • Ensuring their team reach their efficiency targets.
  • Training staff, and planning their development.
  • Coaching and mentoring their team members.
  • Managing Finances and Resources
  • Overseeing budget lines.
  • Approving holidays and issue specific production reports.

Requirements

  • Higher education in the technical field
  • Orientation towards results and good technical skills;
  • Leadership;
  • Establishing and planning activities, priorities and problem solving;
  • Good communication and management skills of a team;
  • Sustained attention to detail;
  • SAP knowledge is a plus;
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English
