Job description

  • Complaint processing (suppliers/ 0-km/field)
  • Coordination of incidents in production and root cause analysis
  • Contact person for customers
  • Quality interface between customer and process operator
  • Definition of immediate, corrective and preventive measures, as well as their review, monitoring, and effectiveness control
  • Execution of goods receipt checks and management of inspection records
  • Participation in CIP and Six Sigma projects
  • Support in customer projects
  • Participation in the evaluation and creation of quality indicators
  • Implementation of quality-relevant internal training courses
  • Moderation of internal error and risk analyses
  • Support in the area of advance quality planning/APQP

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical university
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management/quality assurance, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of the quality requirements and QM tools specific to the automotive supplier industry, such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, PPF
  • Problem-solving skills using common tools (5Why, Ishikawa, …) and analytical thinking
  • Good knowledge of German or/and English spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good MS Office and SAP skills
  • Ideally experience with CAQ and customer portals
  • Systematic way of working, good organizational skills, determination and assertiveness
